Nigel Yaxley Independent Consultant Nigel Yaxley works as an independent consultant
specialising in coal markets and regulation. He is founder and Managing
Director of CoalImp, the Association of UK Coal Importers, and is a Partner with
the general energy consultancy firm, Energy Edge.

Since 2006 Nigel has developed his consultancy
business in the coal and energy field, with clients including UK and
international mining businesses, UK companies involved in power generation and
equipment manufacture, trade unions, the UK Government and the European
Commission. He also acts as an Expert Witness on
matters associated with coal pricing and coal contracts.
